Germany-based Grammer, a seating systems and automotive component producer, has announced its annual financial results for 2013 showing a rise in sales of 12%. In 2012 Grammer reported a revenue of €1.13bn increasing to €1.27bn in 2013. 4 April 2014
ContiTech, an automotive parts manufacturer, has announced its acquisition of two Germany-based blow moulding companies. Hanover-based ContiTech Inotec says that it has bought Innovative Technologie and Präzisionstechnik Geithain. 2 April 2014
Einbeck, Germany-based Kayser Automotive Systems opened its first design and sales office in India in December, and recently received clearance to open production in the country soon. 1 April 2014
Leading Russian compounder and pipe producer Polyplastic has sealed a deal with German chemicals giant BASF covering the supply and use of additives and joint composite development for the automotive industry. 28 March 2014
